We recently sold our house with David at Ellen Rosenbaum. I think finding an agent with local market knowledge is really important, and David certainly has that in spades. We got lots of showings and ended up being able to pick between multiple offers. David's advice throughout the process was helpful and he was always willing to take the time to discuss things. He was quick to make things happen and support our decisions, even on the few times where we decided to go in a different direction than he suggested. As we start looking for our new home, we'll be looking to David again to guide us through the process.
