I just wanted to take some time and thank you and your team for acting so quickly on our recent endeavors to rent a home near Mattawan!

Sabina did such a great job. We viewed a home on Saturday, and she was able to recommend viewing another one that was even closer to our work... only a mile down the road! 248 Woodbine Way is the PERFECT match for our needs, and it is very affordable.

Sabina not only helped us view the home immediately, but she insisted we could get an application in the same day. Saturday evening we were sitting in your office filling out all required paperwork so she could present to the homeowner. She works quick, and knows her stuff! Even with an application for the home already in ahead of us, she was confident that with our offer we would get a call back soon.

Come Monday, Sabina gave me a ring in the early morning saying things were looking good, and the homeowner would like to meet us that day! Wow! On Halloween evening, we drove up to meet Sabina and the homeowner to discuss a few things important to everyone. Sabina made sure we asked the right questions and got the right answers. We were very pleased with the conversation and left both ourselves and the homeowner very confident that this was a good match for us all. We agreed to meet the next day to sign the lease. Amazing!

The next day rolled by and we signed. We couldn't believe we went from viewing the house on Saturday to signing on Tuesday! Now, we can be confident knowing we only have to drive 5 minutes to our new jobs we start very soon!

Please extend our thanks once again to Sabina for making this happen so quickly. She was prompt, answered all our questions, gave us lots of helpful advice, texted us very often to keep us up to date with the paperwork and homeowner's questions, and finally was always available for us. We couldn't of done it without her help!
