I have been thinking of you both a lot. I wanted to let you know that I am almost moved in to my home. Yup as you guessed I did some nice changes to it, and enhanced some of the features. Roman has been beyond amazing, if not for him I would have moved in to shabby and it would not have been chic! LOL Nikki I hired Helen she is also unbelievable.
Between Roman and Helen they made my house a home.
My move date is Tuesday, the 15th of November. I do hope to have the champagne flowing a bit after the move, I will keep in touch and do hope you will stop by to see my hacienda and have some bubbly with me before all the Holidays.
Good luck with the sale of 33 Glen Oaks Court. I have a few relocations coming for the spring so if they are interested in New Jersey of course I will send them your way.
Again thank you for all you have done for me. It is funny my neighbors said to me a few weeks ago are you ever coming, and I said I am in the home stretch.
I guess you both know me I have to get it right before I moved in, you only get that one time to do those little and some big things while it is empty.
I have to tell you both something that I am sure you know but, as you show these homes now that some of them are pretty dated, you need to remind people to have vision and to imagine them without the popcorn ceilings. I have to say that once the popcorn is gone it is a totally different look clean and crisp. Plus if they stick to the light paint colors it looks much bigger and open.
Anyway happy Friday and remember that you will always be my two favorite ladies! Without you both, I would have never gotten to New Jersey.
