Ellen Rosenbaum herself handled the sale of our home. Our home is beautiful but it had a challenge in that is was very close to a major roadway. Ellen gave us some great tips on how to prepare our home to put it on the market. It is clear she knows her stuff as the house sold within 3 weeks or so while other homes on the same street sat for 12+ months.

Working with her office was also great because they have an electronic system that manages the showings. That was extremely helpful to us because she didn't need to call me each time someone wanted to see the house. I would receive an alert on my phone and if the time didn't work then I would simply respond with an alternate time slot. This was great for us because we are extremely busy.

Over all Ellen Rosenbaum and her team are wonderful and I would highly recommend them.
