We are writing this note to attest to the incredible job that your employee, Sabina Przybyla, recently did for us. Sabina showed us several single family homes in Monroe and East Windsor. We needed a quick move in because the leased property we were in was expiring on July 31. Sabina was helpful, extremely tenacious and very patient with us. We were feeling the pressure and after non-stop searching, found a nice place in East Windsor in an over 55 community. The problem was that it was an estate sale and the sellers would not budge on their price. This left us feeling defeated and we wanted to give up our search. Our daughter found a listing in Riverside, NJ and we asked Sabina if she could show us houses in the community. She complied and after seeing the listing we showed her, fell in love with the home. Sabina was adept at the negotiations and despite the opposing realtor being so ‘unavailable,’ she managed to secure the home at the price we felt was fair for us. There were MANY bumps in the road to securing the house, but Sabina stuck with us all the way. She is a truly remarkable and highly professional agent.
