Ellen and her staff were attentive and patient through the entire process. My sister-in-law and I were handling the selling of my mother-in-law’s home who is elderly and has difficulty which such matters now. Neither of us are local and Ellen stepped up by handling little things we normally would have had to take care of, sometimes with as little as an hour notice. We closed on the house yesterday and my mother-in-law is now able to move on without this over her head thanks to Ellen and her staff. Ellen made a stressful situation (it was difficult for my mother-in-law to part with her home of 65 years) less stressful. We are very grateful.
